Filter life together with their filter efficiency are the key for the safe use of a ductless recirculating fume cupboard. (if there is one area you must get right then this is it).

Many promote the weight of their carbon filters as being the critical design factor (the be all and end all - true weight is important though often the more carbon the less efficient the filter), though important the weight of a carbon filter is, this is only one element that needs consideration, others include: the type of carbon. the treatment of the raw material - its porosity - the size of the carbon grains - manufacturing bonding techniques and of course experience of the final packaging. Fact; no manufacture has more experience!

With various typed filters available should your work have altered since you first purchased your recirculating fume cupboard there may well be a more efficient, longer lasting filter available from our extensive range.
